Architecture for the Existential Split
The study aims at developing an analogical realm between the delusional mind and the city and hence understanding how fragmented they are by virtue of their function or being. It involves exploration of the potential impacts and limitations of the delusional mind and environment.The project tries to address and position itself between the current state of society and the inner conflicts of an Individual. It tries looking at it not as a problem but just a condition, a condition which is a reality. It seeks to only illustrate the condition after its diagnosis. Deconstructing the oppressive, and creating a platform for providing liberation.
The project is a heterogeneous assemblage. Dynamism supersedes stability. An all inclusive approach is preferred. The potential of irregularities is explored.
When the identity of self and the context of self is lost, there is no option but to outsource identity. Identities are assumed and shed now and then, like cosmetics. This borrowed identity keeps the society deluded from the actual reality, thus completely disconnecting them from their context. The scrambling of all the information flows has subverted the logic of language that is based on semantics and brought to the realization that societal structures function beyond the idea of linguistics. “In societies which are overrapid, like our own, the reality effect becomes hazy: acceleration brings jostling of causes and effects, linearity gets lost in turbulence, and reality, in its relative continuity, no longer has time to happen. Reality exists, then, only within a certain time-frame at a certain level of acceleration, within a certain window of expanding systems, within a phase of liberation, a phase in which our modern societies found themselves until now, but they are currently leaving behind, with reality being lost once again as the same expanding systems undergo further anamorphosis - in illusion, though this time in virtual illusion.”
An assumption of the delusion is made. Delusion is not a problem. It is a condition and this condition is a Reality. There is a binary of Reality and Delusion in todays hyper mediated, technocratic, capitalist cultural setting. To understand the Reality an Delusion, Normalcy is needs to be understood. Delusion in the society is a real thing which is an effect of current conditions. Existential Split kills singular identity.

Binary exists with multiple different binaries. Lenses for these binaries ned to have significant counterparts because all entities and concepts are dualists. Perception is subjective. Identity is not created, it is perceived. What is the position of architecture in this current instance of delusion and binaries?
