Designs for Cococart feature lovely modular units and large open outdoor cafe areas. Through the design, the idea was to capture a lovely luxurious retail experience as well as a modern day industrious cafe feel.

“As the site architect for VJTI PG Boys Hostel in Mumbai, Manan was involved with design modifications, space planning, working drawings, site coordination and interior design of the hostel. This led him to deal with the architectural and executional challenges of the project on site with hands-on experience. He handled the project documentation process and represented MO‐OF to ensure the design intent was captured at site. He is very enthusiastic and highly capable of taking on challenges and seeing them through to their logical conclusion at every stage. He proficiently coordinated with the clients, contractors, structural team, and vendors. This has given him thorough experience in the resolution and implementation of a student housing project in an institution.”
